Jordan Pollock
CEO
Jordan is a highly accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management, cost estimation, team collaboration, and operations leadership. His expertise spans all facets of the construction industry, with notable strengths in client relations, sub-contractor management, and vendor coordination.
Over a distinguished 15-year career at Rycon Construction, Inc., Jordan held key and visible roles such as Director of Services, Project Manager, and Estimator. In these capacities, he led daily operations for project managers, developed strategies to boost sales, and resolved internal challenges while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Known for his ability to deliver solutions in high-stakes scenarios, Jordan expertly guided projects from design through completion, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to budget, and timely delivery. His responsibilities included overseeing schedules, cost controls, and contractor coordination, exemplifying his unwavering commitment to operational excellence. With a solid foundation in estimating, Jordan takes pride in his roots in cost analysis, bid preparation, and risk assessment.
This combination of technical precision, big-picture experience, and strategic leadership has positioned him as a trusted expert in the construction industry. Jordan has consistently delivered results in national markets such as Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Charlotte, Cleveland, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Houston, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys traveling and cherishes the opportunity to connect with his valued clients over a great meal.
Rich Amberson
President and COO
Rich is a well-versed and tenured construction executive with over 25 years of expertise in project management, operations, and business development. His leadership has driven significant growth and operational excellence in diverse organizations, ranging from regional firms to national contractors.
His project profile includes jobs ranging up to $35 million. As Executive Vice President at Shannon Construction Company, Richard played a pivotal role in business development, safety program implementation, and conflict resolution, while managing high-profile projects and clients across the Pittsburgh area and DMV metro region. His tenure as Vice President of Operations at Avantti Design/Build Group showcased his ability to oversee complex projects for the Department of Defense and private clients, ensuring financial and operational success. Richard’s career foundation includes senior management roles at Cox Schepp Construction and Centex Construction, where he directed large-scale commercial, residential, and government projects. His commitment to safety, quality, and strategic partnerships has consistently delivered client satisfaction and measurable results.
In addition to his construction expertise, Richard brings military leadership experience as a lieutenant and Platoon Leader in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, where he honed his team-building, leadership, and decision-making skills. He holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. In his spare time, Rich enjoys hunting, fishing, weightlifting, and spending time with his son.
Rich started working in construction as a teenager and is now an established and respected general contractor in Western PA. He is constantly setting goals for improvement, focusing on team collaboration, and developing lasting partnerships. An avid golfer, Rich enjoys hunting and the outdoors, but he most of all appreciates spending time with his son. He loves breaking bread with family and business associates alike.
